Hillberg d.o.o. is a company authorized by the Ministry of Economy and entered in the Register of Real Estate Agents of Croatian Chamber of Commerce.As an agency specialized for long-term rental of luxurious residential and commercial real properties in the Zagreb City and Zagreb County, Hillberg d.o.o. has been active in the market since February 2006. Since then, it has acquired a large data base with more than 1,000 real properties, many of which have become a temporary living or working space of Croatian as well as international physical and legal entities.
In 2010, the Agency added sales of real estate to the list of its activities. This activity still accounts for a small but inevitable segment of the development of the Agency’s operation.
Besides its basic activity – brokerage services, the Agency also carries out the following activities:
- visiting, photographing, processing and advertising of real properties,
- Counseling on trends during construction, adaptation and renovation of real properties,
- Counseling on tax and legal issues under applicable laws and regulations,
- Estimate of market value of real properties,
- Negotiations,
- Obtaining draft contracts in Croatian and English languages protecting the interest of both contractual parties; providing support of legal experts; preparing handover protocols.
