PURCHASE
Commission is charged in percentage of the overall agreed amount of purchase price.
Highest overall commission: 6 %
Lowest overall commission 4 %
SELLING
Commission for brokerage in selling of real estate (to be collected from the seller):
2 – 4 %, but not less than HRK 6,000.00
BUYING
Commission for brokerage in buying of real estate (to be collected from the buyer):
2 – 3 %, but not less than HRK 6,000.00
SWAPPING
In case of swapping of real estate, commission is paid by both sides participating in the swap, and the percentage is calculated as 2-3% of the value of the real estate that each side has acquired by swapping.
LEASE
GIVING INTO LEASE – commission paid by Lessor
